Questions and answers
Do clients need to install anything?
No. Booking opens right in Telegram from your link. There's no separate app – neither for clients nor for you.
Does the bot cancel bookings on its own?
No. If a client doesn't answer the reminders, the bot tells you, and you decide: wait, cancel or message the client.
What if a client doesn't use Telegram?
You can add the booking yourself – it will be in your calendar. You'll have to remind that client yourself.
How does prepayment work?
You enter your bank details or payment link and your rules: who pays, how much and by when. The client pays you directly and taps "Payment sent", then you confirm you received it. BelaDay never accepts or holds clients' money.
How do I pay for Pro or Business?
With Telegram Stars, right in the bot. The subscription renews every 30 days, or you pay for a whole year at once. You can cancel any time – the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period.
