See how much money the bot brought back
Every pro in the salon is on Pro, and the bot works for each of them. The “saved by the bot” report counts only what the bot did: filled slots and repeat bookings – for the whole salon and for each pro, in the salon’s currency.
- Reminders with confirmation: a day before, then 6 and 3 hours before. If there’s no answer, the booking lands in the Inbox
- The bot offers a cancelled time to the waitlist and regular clients
- Repeat visits: when it’s time, the bot invites the client back and offers slots
- A prepayment from new clients or those who’ve missed before
- AI reads clients’ replies: “I’ll be 10 minutes late” becomes a clear notification for the admin soon

Two modes – your choice
Via the admin
Clients deal with the salon, pros do the work
- Pros see the client’s name, service and comment, but not the phone number or @username
- Pros can’t move or cancel a booking themselves, only ask the admin
- “Can’t make it today”: the whole day’s bookings go to the admin, nothing is sent to clients on its own
- Clients’ replies to the bot, their reschedules and cancellations go to the admins
Independent pros
Pros handle their own clients, the salon sees everything
- Pros see their clients’ contacts and can message them
- They move and cancel bookings themselves, and the admin sees it
- Each pro has a Clients tab with only their own clients
- Clients’ replies go to both the pro and the admins
The mode is a salon setting. In both modes clients belong to the salon, and messages to them come from the salon.

Every pro on one screen
The day shows a column per pro: free, booked, on a break. The week shows each pro’s load by day. Tap a free time and book a client with that pro. Open any pro: their calendar, bookings, hours and blocked time – the same screens they see, with a “You’re in Anna’s calendar” bar.

The admin handles reschedules and sick days
A cancellation, a request to reschedule, a visit nobody confirmed, a client’s message to the bot, a pro off sick or unable to come in today – it all lands in the Inbox. Each card shows the client with contacts, the pro, the time and the reason. Move the booking to another pro, offer another time or cancel with a message in a couple of taps.

A pro follows the invite link and joins the salon. If they already use BelaDay, their profile, services, hours and bookings move to the salon. No Telegram? Add the pro yourself: name, photo, services, hours; the admins get their notifications. Every pro in the salon gets everything in Pro, with no payment of their own.

Clients pick a time, not a pro
The salon page shows the price list, the pros and their work. A client picks services, then a specific pro or “Any pro”, and sees the free slots of everyone who does those services. A client can’t have two salon bookings at the same time, but back to back is fine: a manicure with Anna at 15:00, a pedicure with Olga at 17:00.

Messages from the salon
The salon writes to the client
Reminders, reschedules and confirmations open with the salon’s name. Move a booking to another pro, and the client gets a message from the salon and confirms it in one tap. The reminder buttons are the same as for a solo pro: “I’ll be there”, “Reschedule”, “Can’t make it”.

Services and prices are shared. Each service shows which pros do it; change a price and it changes for everyone.
Move to another pro
A booking moves to another pro at the same or another time. The client gets a message from the salon.
Stats by pro
Bookings and “saved by the bot” for the whole salon and for each pro.
Admins get notified
Clients’ bookings, reschedules and cancellations with any pro reach the admins too. For a pro without Telegram, only the admins.
Admins
The owner and up to two admins. They can see and do everything except paying and deleting the salon.

Questions and answers
How much does a pro in a salon pay?
Nothing. The salon pays one Business subscription, and every pro in the salon gets everything in Pro. If they leave the salon, they’re back on their own plan.
A pro already uses BelaDay. What happens to their bookings?
They join the salon with an invite link, and their profile, services, hours and bookings move to the salon. Their link opens the salon page with them selected.
Can a pro work in the salon and with their own clients separately?
Not yet: in a salon, a pro has one calendar, the salon’s.
A pro doesn’t have Telegram. Is that OK?
Yes. The admin adds them (name, photo, services, hours) and runs their calendar. The notifications the pro would get go to the admins.
What does a pro see in “via the admin” mode?
Their own calendar and bookings: the client’s name, service and comment. No phone number, no @username and no Clients tab; to move or cancel a booking, they ask the admin.

Yes: while the beta lasts, everything for salons is free, no subscription needed. Create a salon and invite your pros.
A pro leaves the salon. What happens to their clients and bookings?
The admin can remove a pro once they have no upcoming bookings: those are moved to other pros or cancelled first. Clients who booked in the salon stay with the salon, and the pro no longer sees them after leaving. Clients the pro had before the salon stay with the pro.
