BelaDayTerms of use
1. About the service
BelaDay is the Telegram bot @beladaybot and its mini app for booking appointments with pros who work by appointment. The service is provided by [Owner's name/company], contact: [contact e-mail].
By using the bot, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Telegram's own terms apply as well.
2. Beta
The service is in beta and is provided "as is". Features may change, and errors and interruptions can happen. We don't guarantee that every message will be delivered: delivery also depends on Telegram and on whether the client has blocked the bot. Don't set up your work so that a bot failure would stop it.
3. Pros
- Are responsible for their services, their quality, prices, hours and address – and for listing them correctly.
- Set their own prepayment and cancellation rules and take money from clients themselves – to their own bank details or payment link. BelaDay never accepts, holds or refunds clients' money and takes no part in payment disputes.
- Are responsible for any taxes, licences and permits their work requires.
- Add clients' data only on a lawful basis and are responsible for it as the data controller (see the privacy policy).
4. Clients
BelaDay is free for clients. The service is provided by the pro, not by BelaDay: arrangements about the service, prepayment and refunds are between the client and the pro, under the pro's rules.
5. Plans and payment
- Free plan: booking by link, calendar, up to 40 bookings a month, one reminder.
- Pro and Business – at the price the bot shows before you pay, paid with Telegram Stars in the bot.
- The subscription renews automatically every 30 days.
- You can cancel any time in the bot or the mini app. Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period, then you move to the free plan; your bookings and settings stay.
- If a renewal fails, Pro keeps working for 3 more days, then you move to the free plan.
- Refunds follow Telegram's rules for Stars payments. For payment questions, write to [contact e-mail].
- While the beta lasts, Pro is free. Pros who join during the beta keep Pro for free after it ends.
- If prices change, we'll tell you in the bot in advance; the new price applies from the next period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- send spam or advertising through the bot or the Telegram Business auto-reply;
- message people through the bot who haven't booked or agreed to receive messages;
- offer illegal services, deceive clients or impersonate someone else;
- add other people's data without a lawful basis;
- attack or overload the service, or work around plan limits;
- break Telegram's rules.
If you break these rules, we may limit or close your access – with a warning first where possible.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, BelaDay is not liable for clients' no-shows and cancellations, lost profits, disputes between pros and clients, or failures of Telegram or hosting. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the last 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law doesn't allow to be limited, including consumer rights.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data with the /delete_me command. If we
decide to shut the service down, we'll tell you in the bot at least 30 days in advance.
9. Changes to these terms
A new version is published on this page with a new date. We'll announce significant changes in the bot in advance. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them.
